Cleaning the house has never been one of my favourite activities. Pre-baby, I was never one of those OCD clean freaks that needed a spotless house everyday, I was more like a vacuum-a-week kinda girl.

Now that I am a new Mama, I tend to spend more time inside than outside & as much as I love getting dressed up, I realistically don’t have the time. I’m leaning more towards outfits of a relaxed casual nature these days that will take me from home and to my local cafe. Quite surprisingly, these relaxed pieces were a minority in my wardrobe. I have many show stopping dresses, blouses and pants but not enough comfy sweaters and easy dresses. To be honest, my definition of relaxed wear before was my Lululemon workout tights & an oversized sweater or really old tees and trackies. I decided it was important to change this as I want to look and feel good in what I am wearing on a day to day basis. I found some wonderful pieces from Marks and Spencer (my fav online shopping brand) that have completed the relaxed section of my wardrobe. These items are pieces that are timeless and of super quality. I can definitely mix and match these pieces and most importantly they are on trend and feel so amazing on! For Mother Day, Pandora has the best selection of intimate pieces. It’s always a good idea to give Mum something timeless to show her how much she means to you.
There are many white tees out there in the world to choose from. Finding the perfect one though is like finding a diamond amongst the rough.
So now I am a new mum I’ve officially have entered the new Mummys Blogger’s Club. I gave birth to my beautiful daughter Sako Marie just three weeks ago at 7.9 pounds . She is a tiny peanut, much smaller than I thought. In my quest to discover the most necessary, useful and fashionable outfits for my newborn (yes, I couldn’t wait to dress her up) I found a great online store for baby clothes – Marks & Spencer. I ordered in bulk Sako’s newborn stage and also for 3 months and beyond . It has everything you want and need in baby wear and my only regret was that I didn’t discover Marks & Spencer earlier.
What I have noticed in this last stage of my pregnancy (yes I’m currently 37 weeks) is that I keep wearing hats.
