(All Saints top, H&M shorts, Glassons belt, Lack of Color boater, Rag & Bone boots)
Autumn has finally arrived to Melbourne! With this change of season I felt like jazzing up my usual denim shorts and boots combo with a few new fresh touches. My latest obsession is with bow-ties. I’m seeing them everywhere right now in the form of chokers or simply attached to the blouse. I love how it can redefine your outfit taking it from street style to old-school vintage Chanel. So, I couldn’t help but add the straw boater and rose-gold belt to elevate my bow-tied blouse look further. It’s all about having a play with fashion.
By the way, this blouse from All Saints is available now and you can wear it in a multitude of ways. Shop the look below here:
(Zimmermann bustier, H&M ripped denim, Zara heels. Kate Spade Bag, Celine shades)
I’ve been in love with this floral crop top from Zimmermann since last year. Originally purchased with intent to wear to a party with a white high-waisted skirt however that plan never eventuated. Truth be known, I just love buying beautiful things! Sadly, this top became lost in the mid-section of my wardrobe for most of this year, forgotten about, disregarded due to weather conditions, that is until today. The hint of summer in the air made this floral print bustier stick out in my wardrobe like a sore thumb. So I chucked it on, chucked on my ripped denim & loved its overall fresh vibe. Somehow it gave me an instant tan too.

Call me a creature of habit but I always go back to wearing a black and white combination. It just always feels so clean, chic and sophisticated. It also allows you to play with shapes while still remaining understated. I’m usually one to highlight my waist but today it was all about the shoulders and I love this off the shoulder top by Nicholas the label. It has a clean modern feel with its bell sleeves & button back & looked perfect draped slightly over-sized over my black mini curlottes/shorts. Shop my look below:
It was one of those outfits that was one of those spare of the moment things. I was cold so I bought a hoodie! It was more for function than anything else. It was also one of those days that the cool fog of San Francisco brought some unwanted frizz to my usual straighter mane so I wasn’t feeling primped or at my best. Certainly wasn’t feeling up to doing a photo shoot for my blog! But, my husband (bless him) kept snapping away against my wishes. Maybe it was the light, the scenery or the ‘spare of the moment’ outfit but once I viewed these snaps I actually liked them. Maybe sometimes when you plan less or out of your hair comfort zone could be the time when you are at your best. Something to think about.
Well, its no joke. I’m totally into this Fringe trend. Last week it was all about the fringe skirt and today it’s all about the jacket. And, boy I love this jacket!! My simple grey tee and jeans combo took on a new life/energy/edge with each and every single step. You got to love an item when it redefines your basics! My golden oldie fringe bag of almost the same grey hue felt undeniably right to match. I was swinging all over Chapel street.
This jacket is part of the H&M ‘Divided’ collection out now in stores nationally. I’m thrilled to collaborate with H&M to show this collection and will be showing more story’s from this range later this week. Stay tuned. x
